What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. You will be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival.
How do I cancel my booking?
For bookings made through third-party websites, cancellations must be processed directly through the site where the booking was made. Please review the cancellation policy included with your booking before making any changes. For bookings made directly with us, you may cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival and receive a full refund, unless otherwise stated in your booking terms.
Can I pay cash?
While we prefer card payments, we do accept cash.
How do I extend my booking?
Just visit reception and one of our team members will be happy to assist you. We recommend reaching out sooner rather than later, as we do tend to fill up.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2pm, and check-out is at 10am.
Do you offer long term accomodation?
Yes, we absolutely offer long-term accommodation. Please contact us by email for more information and availability.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes! We offer free luggage storage on both the day of arrival and the day of departure just ask at reception.
