I understand Cairns City Backpackers will book the tour on my behalf and will give me a 10% discount off the normal cost of the tour. The credit card used for booking the hostel will be charged any deposit required by the tour company and I understand that I will pay the balance directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. I give permission to Cairns City Backpackers to provide the tour operator with my credit card details if required for the purposes of booking the tour. I understand that in case of cancellation by the guest that 10% of the normal tour price will be retained by Cairns City Backpackers as a cancellation fee, and that I am otherwise bound by the same cancellation conditions as on the official tour operators website. Tour dates may be changed in accordance with the conditions of the offical tour operators website, and no fee will be charged by Cairns City Backpackers for this.
